ApnaCA is a billing and accounting app for businesses. It helps you make GST bills, manage stock, parties and payments, and see reports and GST views.

2. Your responsibilities

• Keep your login details safe.
• Make sure the information you enter (items, prices, GST rates, party details) is correct.
• Use ApnaCA only for lawful business purposes.

3. GST and accounting

ApnaCA calculates GST on bills and prepares GST views (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and GSTR-2B reconciliation for your review. Filing returns is done by you or your CA on the GST portal. ApnaCA is a tool to help you; it is not a substitute for professional advice. Please review your records before filing.

4. ApnaCA AI

ApnaCA AI answers questions using your data and the same rules and permissions as the app. It asks for your confirmation before creating anything. Please check results before relying on them.

5. Your data

You own the business data you put into ApnaCA. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

6. Pricing

7. Availability

We work to keep ApnaCA available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability
