Install the Android app, sign up with your email and add your business details. Then add your customers and items, or scan a supplier's bill and let ApnaCA fill in a purchase bill for you.
Not at the moment. ApnaCA is an Android app. You can also sign in on this website with the same email to see your data.
The app is available in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi and Tamil.
There is basic offline support. Customers, suppliers and new bills can be saved offline and sync when you are back online.
Yes. When you make a bill, ApnaCA works out CGST and SGST (or IGST for inter-state sales), the taxable value and the total, and shows the full GST breakdown on the bill.
Sell inside your state and the GST is split into CGST and SGST. Sell to another state and it becomes IGST. ApnaCA picks the right one for each bill.
Yes. You can share a bill on WhatsApp, as a PDF or as a shareable link, or print it on a Wi-Fi, USB or Bluetooth printer. PDF bills can carry a UPI pay-now QR code.
A saved bill is not edited. Corrections are made with returns, such as credit notes and debit notes, so your records stay clean.
ApnaCA shows GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-9 views with PDFs, and GSTR-2B reconciliation. These are prepared for review. Filing is done on the GST portal.
Not at the moment. ApnaCA is made for small shops and businesses, with GST bills, PDFs and WhatsApp sharing.
Yes. You can move stock in, out, adjust it and transfer it between warehouses, with racks and bins. Filter low and out-of-stock items at any time.
Yes. Scan barcodes at the counter, and generate or print barcodes for your own items.
Open Collections to see who owes you, then send a ready-made WhatsApp reminder. You send it yourself, so it always comes from you.
Record it by Cash, UPI, Card or Bank, and mark the bill Paid, Partial or Unpaid. You always see what is still due.
Ask in plain words, typed or spoken, for example who owes you money or how much stock you have. It can also return a report as a PDF.
No. It uses the same rules and permissions as the app, and if something is missing it asks. Before it creates anything, it asks you for a Yes or No.
There is a free plan. Silver costs ₹199 a month and Gold ₹349 a month, or less if you pay yearly. See the Pricing page for what each plan includes.
Yes. Add your team with roles: Owner, Manager, Accountant, Cashier or Viewer. You can also manage more than one company in one account.
You can ask for your account to be deleted on the Delete account page. We will guide you through it.
