Yes. When you make a bill, the server works out CGST and SGST (or IGST for inter-state sales), the taxable value and the total, and shows the full GST breakdown on the bill.
Yes. You can share a bill on WhatsApp, share it as a PDF, send a shareable invoice link, or print it on a Wi-Fi, USB or Bluetooth printer. PDF bills can include a UPI pay-now QR code.
The app is available in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi and Tamil.
There is basic offline support: customers, suppliers and new bills can be saved offline and sync when you're back online.
ApnaCA shows GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-9 views with PDFs, plus GSTR-2B reconciliation. These are prepared for review — filing is done on the GST portal.
A saved bill isn't edited. Corrections are made with returns — credit notes and debit notes — so your records stay clean.
Yes. You can add team members with roles — Owner, Manager, Accountant, Cashier or Viewer — and manage more than one company.
